United En Garde Exhibition on May 26, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. SLT

United En Garde is pleased to be a part of Games Week at Orange Island. We are a group that loves the fencing game En Garde! adapted for Second Life by Rifkin Habsburg. Every two weeks we sponsor a tournament, open to anyone, traveling to many beautiful places in Second Life.

After a brief presentation, we have invited 8 fencers from around the En Garde! world to fight a short team match and show you the game in action. Then all the strips will be open to the public for anyone who wants to play, or to learn to play. Several of the exhibiton fencers will be available to help you or cheer you on.

All eight exhibitors have been ranked in the worldwide Top 8 at some time. Four have been ranked #1 in the world. Tiffany Dragonash is the current series champion. The six women and two men fence for six different Procyon Game teams. Tiffany Dragonash and Musique Gable are on the La Musique team, The Untouchables.

TEAM MUSE: (left) Co-founders Musique Gable and Kat Burger team up with Gary Kumaki and Tiffany Dragonash.

TEAM VAL: (right) Valentine Janus, another co-founder, teams with Dusty Merlin, Hope Coakes, and Sissy Stardust.

Everyone fences once against one opponent. All four bouts are simultaneous. The team winning the most bouts wins the match; in a 2-2 tie total, touches in the four bouts will break it.

Exhibition will take take place on May 26, 2008 at 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. here: Orange Island
